7-day satisfaction window

You have 7 days from purchase to request a refund if the content does not meet your expectations. This is designed for learners who genuinely found the course unsuitable.

Acceptable refund conditions

  • Refund request made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Content has not been heavily downloaded or fully consumed.
  • Request made in good faith and not for repeated abuse.

Not eligible for refund

  • Purchases older than 7 days.
  • Downloads where most files have already been accessed.
  • Cases of account sharing or policy abuse.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are handled by the payment provider used at checkout, such as Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, or Gumroad. We will cooperate with the provider to complete approved refunds.
